We use a service called “Remind”. Remind is used by many area schools and daycares to communicate up-to-the-minute information to those who sign up to receive the notice.
What we love about Remind is that you choose how you receive notices we send via Remind. Your choices include:
- a text on your cell phone
- an e-mail
- an alert on the Remind app which can be installed on your chosen internet-connected mobile device
You may unsubscribe at any time. Instructions to unsubscribe are provided below.
This service (and app) is free for you to use.
We have established several lists so you can sign up to receive only the notices that pertain to you.
We will only post notices via Remind for unexpected CLOSINGS. Meaning no notice via Remind today = the Club is open today.
Remind is NOT a replacement for e-mail communications that
we send periodically throughout the year about upcoming events.
Remind is intended to notify you of last-minute, unexpected things such as pool closings due to bad weather or tennis courts or pools being closed for an unexpected repair.
If you wish to receive text messages or e-mails from Remind, you do not need to download the app. However, if you wish to install the app, it is located here:
