We invite our members to bring guests to the Club!
To bring a guest, you will need to purchase a guest pass in advance of the guest arriving at the gate through your Membership Portal account. Guest passes will not be sold at the gate. The guest policy is subject to change without notice.
Note: Life vests are available for non swimmers in the guard shack.
- A guest pass is needed for every single person (see last item below), regardless of age, who enters the Club, even if they do not intend to swim or play tennis.
- One guest pass will cost $7 per guest per day, except on holidays, the fee is $10 per guest per holiday day (FST holidays include Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day).
- Upon check-in at our gate, one pre-paid guest pass will be redeemed from your total available (pre-paid) passes per guest.
- The guest has in/out privileges provided you are on the Club grounds at the same times as your guest’s visit.
- On HOLIDAYS, there is a total limit of 50 guests for the holiday. Holiday passes will be available for purchase starting 7 days before each holiday and are good for the holiday purchased (a Memorial Day pass cannot be saved and used on July 4th or Labor Day). Because of this limit, members are limited to purchasing 4 passes in total per holiday. Attempts to circumvent this will result in any passes purchased in excess of 4 for a holiday will be voided and not refunded.
- Guest passes, once redeemed are non-refundable unless the Club closes due to unforeseen circumstances (eg, inclement weather).
- Guest passes are not transferable to other members.
- Guest passes will be purchased online through your Membership Portal account. You will see the available passes in the “Manage Account” tab.
- If you bring your guest with you, we will redeem the guest pass(es) when you check in at the gate.
- If your guest is driving separately, you will need to coordinate their arrival time with them.
- They will be instructed to park in a space near the check in gate and to call/text you that they have parked.
- You will need to walk over to the check in gate to confirm that the guests are your guests.
- Then, we will redeem your guest pass(es) with your approval.
- Your guests can then move their car to a long term parking spot for the remainder of the day.
- Our guest policy remains that guests are free if they do not live in Summit County OR our adjacent counties (Cuyahoga, Medina, Portage, Stark, and Wayne). We will be checking the driver’s licenses of guests at the gate to confirm their residential address. If you have guests who fall into this category, please log into the portal first to register your guests BEFORE bringing them to the Club to obtain your guest passes at no cost. Log into your account (see link in the menu above for “Member Portal”). Select “Member Home” and “Out of Town Guests”.
